Support availability and eligibility are determined directly by Assist Care Management in line with NDIS requirements.
Participants choice and control
Participants are free to choose their NDIS provider.
Fresh Futures Australia does not influence, recommend, or prioritise providers.
All decisions regarding supports, providers, and services remain entirely with the participant.
