Fresh Futures Australia was founded in early 2012. We were determined to create a strong, values-based company. The company’s culture is built around six core values that Fresh Futures people live by: ambitious, passionate, open and honest, can-do attitude, innovation, and fun.

We place a lot of importance on treating people with respect and we stand up for what we believe in. Our student recruitment model requires us to be honest.

We embrace and reward people who give it a go and when responding to a request, we opt for ‘yes’ rather than immediately saying ‘no’. We look for solutions.
