It started with student recruitment, but the work was always about more than generating enquiries.
Where we started.
Fresh Futures was founded in 2012 as a student recruitment agency, supporting the marketing and enrolment operations behind some of Australia's Registered Training Organisations.
For more than a decade, education was our foundation. Working closely with providers gave us first-hand experience of the people, communication and day-to-day coordination involved in moving someone from initial interest towards a meaningful next step.
Over time, that experience extended beyond education and across 16 industries, including care, health, trades, business, hospitality and other service-led sectors. Each brought different challenges and broadened our understanding of how organisations connect with people, manage growth and support the work happening behind the scenes.
What began in education ultimately shaped the Fresh Futures of today: an operations and growth partner built on more than a decade of hands-on experience supporting the work behind growth.
